The room was massive with the comfiest bed and stunning sea views! Got to chill on the terrace with a lekker cup of coffee. Brekkie was also a highlight—so many choices for a proper start to the day!

Only downside was no kettle in the room for a quick cuppa, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Big hype, little substance

The hotel comes with stunning sea views and sound of waves, but watch out for room noise from local eateries! My stay had potential—friendly reception and clean spaces—but I found the breakfast choices a bit lacking. Room comfort was decent, yet noise kept me from sleeping well. Not quite what I expected.

I faced terrible service at the reception. The staff was rude, and check-in was inconvenient, with added charges that were unjustified. My room’s view was disappointing, and I could hear noise from adjacent rooms due to poor soundproofing.

the sercotel was an amazing stay! it's right on las canteras beach, so convenient for exploring restaurants and the city. the breakfast was fantastic and really set me up for the day. staff were so friendly and professional, making my stay even better.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and amazing views of the sea. I enjoyed the nice walk-in shower, and the air conditioning made everything cozy. The rooftop pool was fantastic for relaxing. The fitness center had solid equipment and was well-maintained. Breakfast had diverse options, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries.

We love how conveniently located the hotel is with easy access to local restaurants and entertainment options. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a range of dishes that fueled our adventures exploring the area. Our room was remarkably spacious, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day out.

The lack of convenient parking made our arrival a bit stressful.

The Double Room was really chic and bright with lots of mirrors. The bed was super comfy, and the overall vibe was modern. there wasn’t much storage—just a mini wardrobe with a couple of shelves. the air conditioning was a bit disappointing. you couldn’t really feel it working. Oh, and the cleanliness could have been better because I found some hairs when I first checked in.

Had a blast with friends! The spacious rooms and amazing pool view were highlights. We explored local restaurants for great food, just a quick walk away. Also enjoyed some water sports nearby. The breakfast selection was nice, especially the fresh juice. Staff were friendly and attentive.

We had some issues with the safety deposit box that took two days to resolve, which disrupted our plans a bit.
