For a 4-star hotel these rooms are a bit sparse.

Helpful staff and nice clean room
Lack of good four star common areas. Poor dining for lunch and dinner. Rooms with seaview can be noisy at the weekend.

The room was perfect . The staff were proffesional. Location was excellent. The food was god. Basically we cannot fault this hotel and we will stay their again when we visit again Las palmas which will be 2 times each year.

From the moment I walked through the hotel doors, I was greeted with friendly and professional staff on the reception. The reception were helpful and very informative, a first impression lasts and the hotel was given a first good impression buy the reception staff. The room I was given was with a sea view, the hotel overlooks Las Canteras beach and promenade. I stay in hotels very often with business travel and leisure travel, the room I received at this hotel, is probably one of the largest and most spacious I have ever had. Very satisfied with my entire stay at the hotel, and will 100 % use this hotel again when next in Las Palmas.
